- Minimum age:
- The minimum driver age is 23 years. The driver must have held his/her licence for at least one year.
- Group H: The minimum driver age is 25 years. The driver must have held his/her licence for at least 2 years.
- Please contact us if you wish to hire cars for drivers younger than the aforementioned ages.
- What does the price include?
- Free parking in Puerto de la Cruz.
- Free hotel delivery and collection (Puerto de la Cruz)
- Maps, routes and detailed information about Tenerife.
- Additional driver free of charge.
- Unlimited mileage.
- Insurance and taxes.
- What is NOT included in the price?
- Petrol, fines and tow truck fees.
- Loss of or damage to keys or remote lock control.
- Car theft if the keys have been left in the ignition.
- Theft of personal objects from inside the car.
- Punctures.
- Damage to alloy wheels, tyres or underside of the vehicle.
- Filling up with the wrong type of fuel.
- Any other costs generated if the vehicle breaks down: transfers, expenses, other hire cars, etc
- The company cannot be held liable for any other damages caused as a result of breakdowns or theft of the hire car.
- The insurance does not cover accidents caused by negligent or reckless drivers, or driving under the effect of alcohol or drugs.
- Taking the car off the island of Tenerife.
- Booster seats, baby car seats, etc. must be fitted by the person hiring the vehicle. This is due to our insurance requirements, so that in the event of any incident resulting from incorrectly fitting any of these items, the company will not be held liable for any damage or harm caused.
