Can I Choose the Make and Model?

Our rental system gives you the ability to specify your preference for a particular make and model within a given group or tier, although the exact vehicle will ultimately depend on the availability of that model at the time you choose to finalize the reservation. If your choice is not available, the model will be substituted for another within the same category. However, we consistently strive to do everything possible to meet your exact needs and wishes.

How Do I Cancel My Reservation?

Who Can Drive the Car?

Initially, the vehicle driver must be the person listed as ‘Vehicle Driver’ on our reservation forms, since this person will be taken as the one responsible for the car. Failing that, the driver will be the person who makes the rental payment. The driver must present his/her driving license when picking up the vehicle. A second driver is allowed at no additional cost, provided he/she provides his/her personal data and can show a valid driving license in our offices.

Why Should I Have to Install Accessories Myself?

The installation of any added accessories (boosters, baby seats) is the responsibility of the person renting the vehicle. The reason for this is that our insurance so stipulates; that is, in case of any incident resulting from improper or deficient installation of an accessory, the company is not liable for any damages resulting therefrom.

Can I Take the Car Off the Island of Tenerife?

No, the insurance covers you only when on the island of Tenerife.
